Free one or two night hotel stays across the country for unpaid carers. To be eligible you must be over 18 and a full time carer providing 30 hours or more care per week.

Carers group for people who are supporting someone with mental illness.

Sitting services allow the carer to take a break from caring. The service can provide all care and support to the cared for person except personal care.

Support group for carers of someone with dementia.

Dementia friendly café for carers, people living with dementia and their friends and family. Everyone is welcome, no booking required.

The club offers a warm, welcoming space where elders in the community can enjoy a hot meal and the company of others. The club is for ages 55+ but carers and friends are welcome along too.

This programme consists of four weekly online modules, each 75 minutes in duration. You will also meet other carers, have the chance to share your experiences and to ask questions of the facilitators.

Join our group and meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing improves your brain activity, wellbeing and mood, and you don’t need to be a good singer to benefit.
